We have been dedicated to pastry for four generations. It all started with Virgilio Turco, my grandfather, who collaborated and continued the activity of Domenico Melegatti, and continues today with the generation of my children. 1909, shown in the brand and in our products, is a tribute to my father Giuseppe, born in that very year. I owe the passion and knowledge necessary in pastry to him, who made everyone appreciate the sweets of the festival, in particular Pandoro, in Italy and around the world.
