The waffle baker in Nyhavn, is one of the few existing old-daws waffle bakeries. We offer cream and sorbet, freshly whipped whipped cream, homemade guf, Belgian waffles and freshly ground coffee, etc .. The secret behind our fresh and warm waffles is an old recipe from 1920 - it remains a secret of course! Our products have always been associated with high quality, and we naturally feel obliged to continue to do so.
