"COUGAR SPORT SA", was founded in 1979, with the aim of manufacturing and marketing sportswear. During the first years of its operation, it was housed in a rented space, operating to a large extent as a Subcontractor (Subcontractor) executing production orders of other large companies in the field. During this period, its clientele consisted of medium and large companies in the sector and this resulted in the owner to improve its technical infrastructure at the production level but also to gain a good knowledge of the commercial circuit of the area, so that gradually the company to focus on the production of its own products, while developing on its behalf the entire network of promotion and distribution of its products. This project was quickly crowned with success and nine years later (1988) the company was found to be housed in privately owned spaces, with an area of 1850 sq.m. in a total plot area of 6.5 acres. Throughout this period the company had a continuous increase in its turnover as well as an increase in employment and investment respectively. In the year 1991 the legal form of the company changed to SA, a form that remains to this day. The development of the company was based on the following points: - fast response - acceptable quality - low production costs - harmonious and consistent relationship between customer and supplier. The steady upward course of the company is expected to continue further and to consolidate its position in the market through the continuous interventions and investments that are made gradually.
