The firm and absolute vision of the founder and owner Aldo Carpinteri has transformed a local boutique into a global reality. At the crossroads between iconic and innovative, Modes, formerly Stefania Mode, superimposes a visionary style on an avant-garde fashion. Founded in 1971, the company has grown to become an omni-channel sales platform, a reference name that stands out for its curated selection of garments and accessories from over 300 designers, including historic brands and new talents, in a never predictable and constantly evolving product assortment, designed around the key pieces of the season's women's, men's and children's collections. Based in Trapani, Stefania Mode has become an engine of development in the area. The retail philosophy is translated through an innovative network of physical spaces. The flagship store is in fact located in Via Torrearsa in the heart of the city in a beautifully restored historic building by the Fiorentino Arcabi architecture studio. The presence of dedicated shop-in-shops adds a special dimension to the shopping experience, immersing customers in the visual universes of brands including Linda Farrow, Chloé, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Valentino, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney. In 2013 the second boutique was inaugurated in the prestigious Favignana landing place in a historic building that finds its origins and its charm in the intersection between the Florio dynasties and that of the Genoese industrialists Pretti. Conceived by the famous Nilufar Gallery, the spaces play on contrasts, superimposing a selection of modern and refined pieces on the true and unchanged beauty of Sicily. Eight windows open on the most evocative scenery of the Egadi Islands in a very bright space of 300 square meters dedicated to the eclectic world of fashion.
