Aix & terra, the Manufacture en Provence, creates and manufactures exceptional aperitif recipes "Made in Provence". We select fruits, vegetables and truffles for our recipes, directly from farmers and cooperatives, in Provence, from Drôme to Menton. Taste the lemon cream, the eggplant caviar with black truffle or the chocolate and iced chestnut cream. All our recipes are worked manually, without any coloring or preservative.
