There is a difference between cheese and cheese. And Vincent and Anna Lefèvre, who run the cheese shop Androuet, know that. The company has a tradition that stretches back to Paris and the early 20th century, where Androuet was the first to have a selection of cheeses from all over the country. Due to the difficulties of transporting and storing cheese at that time, it was common for the cheese shops to cooperate with manufacturers within a radius of no more than 6-10 km. Androuet solved the problem with the help of affinage, maturation storage, where young products are stored until they are ready to eat, a method that we still use today. And even today, we maintain the same close and close contact with our carefully selected producers, in order to offer the best possible range of real craft cheese - where none of the approximately 100-200 products in the stores are industrially produced.
