My name is Giannis Zacharioudakis and I have the germ in my blood to constantly envision businesses. One of them was the idea of creating a bookstore. How did it become a reality? When I left Athens and my business there I decided to open a bookstore just below my house. Why a bookstore? Because I thought that this way I would be able to combine my idea of promoting culture with my love of reading… "the pursuit of the useful". So I started its construction and at the same time I published an ad looking for a partner for the organization and operation of the bookstore. I received many biographies, but I immediately singled out Aspasia Boulamatsi. The interview was arranged and the job was "closed". And since I do not like the procedures and bureaucracy I decided to go on a long trip to America. Returning, I found the bookstore ready! And so, the word "bookstore" found its match in the word "bookcase".
