BierVision Monstein AG was founded in October 2000. On June 6, 2001, the highest brewery in Switzerland and the first show brewery in the canton of Graubünden went into operation in Monstein. It is located in the former village dairy, which was built over 100 years ago and is centrally located in the Walser village of Monstein.
