It is not a supermarket for books, but a small shop in a small street in the historic center of Piacenza where time seems to stand still, where you can rediscover the scent of books, of pages already read, of tomes yellowed by time because they are ancient, of real life ... Bookbank deals with the purchase and sale of second-hand, out of print, rare and antique books. In the shop you can buy books of all kinds, from fiction to non-fiction, from history to poetry, from science fiction to children's books, books in languages (English, French, Spanish and some in German) even recently published, in optimal conditions and at 50% of the cover price. The environment, quiet and welcoming, is ideal for browsing the shelves; it is also possible to sit and enjoy a coffee and a sweet offered by the house. Bookbank hosts and organizes exhibitions, readings, workshops, meetings and events related to the world of books, for both adults and children! Bookbank can be an excellent opportunity for institutions and libraries that periodically have to replenish their shelves while containing costs.
