Today we continue to keep the dough "tal méni" thinking of a place where to rediscover the flavors and habits of the past, when food nourished, was healthy and was linked to the territory. Thus was born the small "Bottega Bartolini", on the ancient foundations of the oven, and from those foundations a new production was born made with special flours and a lot of respect for the precious raw materials that we use for our products and that we sell in retail. You will find us at the entrance of the village of San Clemente and at your home, with the home delivery service.
