Original period prints, old books, out of print, difficult to find, appraisals and evaluations on single works and small libraries. Our antiquarian bookshop activity was born in 1970. Today we work mostly as a bibliographic studio, in order to privilege time and research. Estimating a time span from the sixteenth to the twentieth century, we offer antique prints and books. For antique prints we are specialized in cartography and landscape painting, we have decorative, genre and author subjects. For ancient books the preference is for humanistic, historical and geographical editions, for scientific humanistic themes such as the occult sciences, esotericism and astronomy, for medical and natural sciences. We pay particular attention to handwritten documents from every era, to localism and some minor historicity, we deal with first editions of the twentieth century and we are looking for books that are not in the market. We deal with the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in the Tuscan and Livornese schools, with Neapolitan gouaches, with older paintings, watercolors and drawings if they are names and subjects of our interest. We offer bibliographic consultancy and carry out evaluations for public and private entities, we are interested in the purchase of single and collective works. We take part in important fairs in the antiques sector and in qualified exhibitions of the printing and antique book market. For any information please do not hesitate to contact us. Our business started in 1970. Today we work mainly as bibliographical study to privilege time and research. Considering an age ranging from 16th to 20th century, we propose old prints and books. As for antique prints, we are specialized in cartography and views. We have decorative works and by authors. As regards the old books, we privilege the humanistic, historic and geographic editions, the humanistic and scientific topics, as the occult sciences, the esotericism, the astronomy and the medical and natural sciences. We give particular attention to manuscripts of every epoch, to localistica and to a certain “minor” historicity, we also deal with out of print books and first editions of 20th century. We handle Tuscan and Leghorn paint from 19th and 20th century, Neapolitan gouaches, water colors and drawings from the same period. When painting particularly concerns our interest, we also dealwith older works about views and general subjects. We offer bibliographic expert advices, we make estimate for public institutions and individuals and we are interested in the purchase of single and stock. We take part into important fairs of the antiques businessand to the most relevant fairs and markets of antique books and prints. For any further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
