The basic philosophy of the Fohrenburg brewery is shaped by the quality concept. The latest brewing techniques, the highest hygiene standards and highly qualified employees guarantee constant freshness and the highest quality. Only the best ingredients such as untreated crystal clear spring water from the Silvretta-Arlberg massif, natural in-house yeast, the best wheat and barley malt and fine hops from the region are used to produce the various beer specialties. Brewed according to the purity law of 1516, of course. Since 2018, the Fohrenburg brewery has met the requirements for producing and bottling organic / ecological products. This was confirmed by a successful certification from SGS Austria Controll-Co GmbH. The result: our master brewer HOFBIER is the first of its kind and a toast to our region.
