Cantina Museo Negozio "Albea" (Luigi Lippolis)

Located in Alberobello, in the heart of Puglia, Cantina Museo Albea processes only fine grapes grown in the native vineyards of a selected supply chain, such as Primitivo and Negramaro, to which are added more recently planted vineyards, such as Chardonnay. Its structure, dating back to the early twentieth century, is made entirely of stone and preserves the typical cisterns dug into the rock, intended to contain the wine. On the upper floor of the cellar there is the Wine Museum, a tribute to the agricultural and oenological culture of the area, as well as an important example of industrial archeology.
