At the end of 2004 we started looking for a location. A location must meet a number of requirements, including the HACCP standards. Standards that are necessary in a current production process. We soon bumped into Aalter where we found our way. On October 7, 2005 we opened the doors. In the fall of 2006 we started to specialize in production for Business to Business customers such as catering, shops, wholesalers, retail chains & companies for gifts. We now have an extensive customer base both at home and abroad. In 2010 we fully complied with the self-checking legislation imposed by the FASFC and the EU. This auto-control system includes everything related to hygiene, maintenance, labeling & tracing, food safety and infrastructure. We enlisted the help of an external company for this. That company will continue to guide and follow up on us. In the period 2010 - 2013 we fully automated our production of molded pralines with a molding line and filling machine. In 2014 we completely modernized our chocolate production and processing. This with automatic tempering systems for chocolate processing and with modern covering belt for dip pralines. The melting capacity was also expanded simultaneously with melting tanks. For our 10th anniversary in 2015, our store and concept were given a completely new look. In 2018 we replaced our molding line with a larger type to be able to produce even faster and more. This is to keep up with the growth, but also to be able to deliver a better and finer product.
