Since 2002 I have been welcoming greedy visitors to my workshop in Piazza del Municipio in Amalfi, trying to offer not just chocolate delicacies, but unique and incomparable taste emotions. The highest quality raw materials and the exclusively artisanal production process are the basis of the processing of my chocolate, which I prepare following traditional recipes without fear of experimenting with daring combinations.
