Our story begins in 1979 with the opening of our first shop in San Candido. Summer Season In 1989 our first bike rental point was inaugurated. In 15 years, from a very small space we managed to reach 1000 bicycles in 2000. From that moment onwards it was an increase: in 2002 the rental points became twenty in Val Pusteria and in 2004 the "Hotel Bike" service was inaugurated, i.e. bike rental directly in the hotels and with free assistance excellent service for hotels and accommodation facilities . In 2007 our bicycle fleet reached the quota of 3000 and in the same year we were awarded as the best bike rental in Europe. We therefore began to collaborate with various Tour Operators and with “Publishing Houses” we decided to build Bike & Ski Center San Candido, that is a 2,000sqm warehouse with a 200sqm showroom, a shop and workshop with offices of another 200sqm. Also in the following years we have expanded and opened six new rental points on the Dolomites cycle path, the number of customers of the “Hotel Bike” along the Drava cycle path has increased year by year and we have reached 20 rental points. Given the large turnout, a fruitful collaboration with 3 Tour Operators (FREE TOUR, DONAURADREISEN and KÄRNTEN RADREISEN) began, a number which then increased. In the meantime, two new warehouses have been opened in Bolzano and Villach, at the same time the “Bolzano and surroundings” project has started which has allowed us to open new rental points in the Bolzano area. Our commitment has also allowed us to create 5 new rental points on other routes such as the one on the Italian side of the Alps-Adriatic. Winter Season With the opening of the first shop in the winter season we started with a small ski rental adjacent to the shop, in the years to come, given the countless demand and expansion that our territory has had, we decided to grow and tried to offer more, to date we count 4 rentals of which: 1 in San Candido in front of the Baranci slopes, 2 Sesto, and 1 Versiaco, well equipped with top skis and with a courteous and qualified staff. There are many projects that we are carrying out or that we are going to carry out, in the hope that they can satisfy you, bringing back that at the base of our team there is professionalism and availability towards you !!!
