THE COMPANY OF GOOD WINE: L'ENOTECA Fara is a great lover of wine while her husband Gianluca is a sommelier: over the years, both have put their research into practice within "The company of good wine". In fact, all the labels and wineries present in the place have been visited and, for 90%, belong to excellent and niche realities (there are, of course, some examples of already established wineries). These companies, in fact, selected throughout Italy (and only in Italy at the moment, precisely because Fara and Gianluca personally want to know the producers and the wines), do not produce more than 40 thousand bottles. The "Compagnia del buon vino", therefore, welcomes special labels from every region of the Belpaese. The most represented, of course, are the regions particularly renowned for their wines and, of course, Campania. Examples of this way of understanding a wine shop are the Amarone of the Venetian company Corte Archi di Fernando Campagnola, the Taurasi and the other creations of Borgodangelo di Sant'Angelo All'Esca as well as the sparkling Valdobbiadene Superiore di Tanorè.
