We have been active entrepreneurs for about twenty years in the world of food, catering, catering and events. DOC Campania is a meeting between the excellent productions of this splendid land and a public tired of food tasteless globalization.It is the place where the products cannot come from beyond the regional border, preferably recognized by Slow Food, with the DOP or IGP Our goal is to offer only products of Campania excellence, with small episodes in the nearby regions of Basilicata and Molise, of which we directly know the producer, its history and processing methods. They are often produced in limited quantities, which is why they are not always present, but synonymous with craftsmanship and quality.
