The idea of dedicating himself to the care of the wine shop was born from Faustino Bonetti, who in the 70s had started as a simple salesman at one of the most renowned gastronomies in Brescia. It was precisely the passion and dedication for this world that led him, in 1971, to set up his own business, founding the then Gastronomia ai Portici. Inside the gastronomy, more precisely in the basement, a magic happened every day: in fact, the first idea of the Enoteca took shape, with classification of local wines and collection of prestigious names. Thus was born the Enoteca Bonetti In the following years, Faustino decided to leave the gastronomic sector to concentrate all his energies, with the help of his wife Angiolina and sons Marco and Silvia, in the development of the Enoteca alone.
