Our company We have been dealing with wine and food since the nineties and the pursuit of excellence has always been the goal that we have set ourselves and which has gradually been refined over the years and with the management of various places. Since October 2016 we have opened a new wine shop in San Lazzaro di Savena (BOLOGNA) where we select and offer quality products, both in the wine sector (Italian and foreign) and in the food and spirits sector. Our philosophy is to favor medium / small companies that, in addition to the quality of raw materials, also adopt methods that respect the environment and health, therefore with regard to wines, limitation of treatments in the vineyard and interventions in the cellar, while for companies that deal with food products rely mainly on organic producers. To deepen the knowledge of the wines and products marketed, we organize, within our restaurant, tasting evenings with the presence of the owners and oenologists; this gives the possibility to understand styles and philosophies that vary for each single company and at the same time helps to establish lasting relationships of esteem and trust towards producers.
