Drinking well is a matter of style, culture and love for true flavors Founded in 1958 by Ermenegildo Dal Zovo in the heart of the historic center of Verona, the Enoteca in 1962 arrives in Borgo Trento, precisely in Via IV Novembre, where it is now located the Dal Zovo Wine Bar. In 1974 a new, larger space was opened in Viale della Repubblica, which is still the seat of the Enoteca. Over the years, in addition to the constant search for new wine labels, the selection of both Italian and foreign liqueurs and spirits has been increased. This concept was strengthened with the entry into the business in the mid-eighties of the sons Franco, Paolo and Alessandro. Thanks to their contribution, the assortment has been enriched with sweet and savory gastronomic specialties, selected from all regions of Italy. Awarded in 2008 the prestigious recognition of the "Historical Botteghe di Verona", today the Enoteca presents more than 800 wine labels and over 500 brands of spirits from all over the world.
