Farben Morscher

Founded as a one-man business by Herbert Morscher in 1962, Jürgen Morscher joined the company in 1995 and has now been in the 2nd generation of a group of companies with over 160 employees and 21 locations - 20 in Austria and one in Germany. Despite constant growth, we have remained a classic family business - with traditional basic values, handshake quality and with the ambition to integrate new and innovative things into our company. The structure of our teams also reflects this situation: some team players are new to the company, some have been working in the team for more than 35 years. We appreciate the balanced and thoughtful voices as much as we hear the new, imaginative ones. More often than expected, creative ideas can be combined with familiar structures in order to break new ground. This balancing act is sometimes difficult, but actually always full of opportunities - we just have to remain open, courageous and open-minded.
