Federn-Oßwald Fahrzeugteile & Technischer Handel is an owner-managed family company. The foundation stone of the company was laid in 1979 by Günter Oßwald. His daughter Steffi, who first graduated from high school, then decided at the University of Cooperative Education in Dresden to obtain a degree in business administration (BA). After her “years of training and traveling”, she came back to the company in 2000 and took over the areas of human resources, personnel deployment planning, marketing, event planning and claims management. His son Mathias, who also first graduated from high school, then began his military service. He then began studying Protestant theology in Marburg and Göttingen, graduating with a degree in theology. In 2006 Mathias also began his studies at the University of Cooperative Education in Dresden to obtain a degree in business administration (BA). His tasks today include the full sales and support of all sales outlets, training / coaching, as well as quality management. The family business conveys the feeling of belonging with the following words: “We are happy to be there for our employees when they need us. It goes without saying for us, when our helping hand, our contacts, our advice or the existing network are needed to make full use of it ”.
