The idea for Holzkern came about in 2015 out of love for nature and with the aim of making everyday life the focus of conscious use of time. Today's world is characterized by a wealth of information and seemingly unlimited opportunities to shape one's life. Despite great wealth, many young people feel overwhelmed by the countless options and experience excessive pressure to perform, severe stress and self-doubt on a daily basis.
