The chocolate addict behind Julica is Shelly Lee-Goldenberg, a Tel Avivian who always dreamed of chocolate but only after a ten-year career as a lawyer and legal and relocation consultant to the US, gained courage, studied confectionery at the Institute of Culinary Education NYC, studied at the Patisserie Fortress And French chocolate in Manhattan by super chef Francois Payard, and set up a small chocolate studio in New Jersey. There are always tastings for the regular and new visitors and every day inspiring flavors and chocolate products are brewed.
