This is the story of a cosmetic company that was born as a pharmacy in the East Village of New York, in the style of the apothecaries of old Europe. Its founder, John Kiehl, creates a business whose originality and richness reside in a unique association of cosmetic, pharmaceutical, botanical and medicinal knowledge that has been enriched throughout generations captivating people around the world for having known how to maintain so much the standards efficiency and quality of its formulas, as well as the obsession with customer service. In 1921 Irving Morse, a disciple of John Kiehl, bought the business keeping the Kiehl's name. During the first decades of the 20th century, Kiehl's already offered its customers homeopathic and herbal remedies, essential oils and the first non-prescription products. From generation to generation the Morse family takes the reins building the brand and maintaining the heritage of quality and service that Kiehl's is known for. If anything has characterized the Morse family, it is their selfless commitment to "Dar", emblem of the "Kiehl's Mission". True to this commitment, Kiehl's creates products whose sales proceeds go entirely to contributing to charitable causes. This is the case of work efforts to stop the spread of AIDS among the young population of the world as well as Childhood Cancer. In 2000, the internationalization of Kiehl's began with the aim of remaining faithful to the premises of quality and service typical of the mythical firm founded in 1851 that has led it to open boutiques in some of the most important cities in the world such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Paris, London, Hamburg, Milan, Sydney, Dubai, Madrid, Barcelona or Andorra. In Spain you can also find us in Valencia, Marbella, Bilbao, Alicante, Vigo, Mallorca, Las Palmas and Seville. Kiehl's boutiques are located in the center of cities where the most innovative trends and the cultural mix make them worthy of being considered the most active shopping areas in each of these capitals. Kiehl's continues to this day as a unisex brand with an extensive line of treatments for the face, body and hair.
