My Sicilian roots and my frequent stays in my grandmother's village have shaped me a lot: my way of cooking, my approach to regional, culinary specialties, my intuitive sense of good taste, my interest in high-quality food, I have all of this at this time owe. And so it was only logical that at some point I turned this personal passion into a professional one. I have been importing wines and specialties directly from Italy for over twenty years now. What is important to me when choosing producers is not the big names and labels, but the feeling of a common idea and philosophy with the winegrowers that I visit regularly. My many years of experience then decide whether a wine is included in my range. Enjoyment, aesthetics and treating food with respect play a special role in my life. I embody this attitude to life in conversation with my customers and arouse so much interest and trust.
