La vineria

"La Vineria" is a brand that distinguishes about twenty stores of bulk and bottled wine operating in the province of Verona and in various cities in northern Italy. The shops are all franchised, so each shop displaying the brand is actually an autonomous company, with its own owner and an independent company name. La Vineria is a chain of shops or a group of entrepreneurs who have chosen to collaborate for the same project by sharing strategies and objectives. The Franchising contract allows the use of the brand and related links for a specific assigned and therefore exclusive area. Furthermore, the use of advertising and communication channels, commercial policies, knowledge and techniques for an efficient performance of the shop's activity is granted.
