That is why we take various measures and are constantly learning so that Leiner remains an attractive employer, a reliable partner and a furniture store of the highest quality. At Leiner we live diversity in all areas. Balanced gender and age relationships in the various positions ensure a good atmosphere in the team. Around 60 percent of our employees are currently female, 40 percent of management positions are held by women. Our doors are open to everyone: from apprentices to older employees, there are diverse and varied job offers. We currently employ 60 people with disabilities. So that everyone is well, we regularly offer our employees health offers.
