How did you come up with the idea for the shop and when? I've always thought that the best shopping and discoveries are made on vacation. You usually bring home great discoveries that everyone speaks to and that not everyone has. As a half-Greek woman, I was of course particularly often in Greece. And as an art director, I've always been a huge fan of Greek product design. I think the Greeks have a special knack for beautiful packaging. Friends of mine actually got the idea to turn my love for Greece and travel into a shop. And when I was unable to return to my old job as art director in an advertising agency after taking parental leave, I quickly made the decision to try an online shop for design and beautiful things from Greece. How do you choose the pieces that you sell? At the beginning I traveled a lot, was also at a design fair in Athens, always actively looking for special things with great design and exceptional quality. I now have a large network of companies, I call them my Greeks, and almost every day I get new recommendations or companies contact me that have found Lemoni on Instagram. The things for my shop have to have a good design and meet my quality requirements. In the best of cases, spread the holiday mood. What is special about your shop?
