Since March 1, 2007, La Colline aux livres, an independent bookstore, has endeavored to offer a wide and genuine selection of titles in literature, thrillers, youth, comics and humanities, but also books in English, regional , beautiful books, records… and games! Out of a desire for conviviality, meeting and sharing, it offers a furnished space where customers can drink coffee, tea, fruit juice and participate in an entertainment program. La Colline aux livres is associated with the cultural development of the city by regularly organizing events such as meetings with authors, publishers, reading evenings but also concerts. Active member of the Association of Independent Libraries in New Aquitaine (LINA), his commitment and dynamism are recognized by the LIR label (Independent Reference Libraries). And, since March 2012, she has the pleasure of being "sponsored" by the editor Sabine Wespieser.
