Safety regulations As our products are likely to be used exclusively by babies or small children, special safety regulations should be observed. Because compared to fully capable people, babies and toddlers have to be protected from danger so that they can "crawl" through everyday life as safely as possible. This means that each of us should pay attention to impeccable quality. We therefore assure that we take the greatest possible care in the production of the pacifier chains. We also pay close attention to the quality of our material orders. For this reason, we also do without cheap goods from China and only use goods from Germany and Austria. Of course, these materials also comply with the DIN EN 71-3 standard. However, the quality and control awareness cannot end with us, because even the best products can show defects after a certain period of use. We have summarized the most important tasks of the authorized supervisors here so that you can identify and remedy defects in use or other risks or dangers in good time. If the pacifier chain has been used for several years, small individual parts may come loose. Therefore, the authorized supervisors (usually the parents) should ensure that the pacifier chain is in perfect condition before each use. If this is not the case, the pacifier chain must be disposed of, as safe use can then no longer be guaranteed. Please refrain from extending the pacifier chain yourself. Your child's pacifier chain must under no circumstances be longer than 22cm (without the clip), otherwise there is a risk of strangulation. So, for the benefit of your child, refrain from any expansion experiments. For the same reason, we also reserve the right to refuse orders for pacifier chains that have been created by the designer and exceed a total length of 22cm. There is also a risk of strangulation if you attach the pacifier chain to straps, straps or loose parts. Therefore, you should refrain from such an attachment in order not to endanger the health of the baby. The pacifier chains should only be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Washing in the washing machine or boiling out the pacifier chain should definitely be avoided! Finally, we would like to point out that we do not accept any liability for risks or dangers that are caused by improper use of our products. When using the pacifier chains, a supervisor should always be present to supervise their use. Possible accidents, such as the swallowing of small parts, suffocation or strangulation, can be prevented by properly exercising the duty of supervision. Therefore we cannot accept any liability for such cases. Please check the goods for defects immediately upon receipt. Report detected defects within 3 days with documentation by means of photos
