The mostly female employees know that being beautiful does not have to mean feeling beautiful at the same time, and that the latter plays a major role in daily life. But there is also a lot on offer for male customers: a comprehensive range of men's products and of course in-depth product knowledge with useful tips and tricks. The foundation of our success: Our philosophy and values "Our employees are the heart of the company and the cornerstone of our success," says Emilio Leon, Managing Director Switzerland and Austria. Every day, around 600 employees meet the individual wishes and needs of customers. Expertise, uniqueness and self-confidence and accessibility are the three core values that Marionnaud lives by and that are also trained in the in-house Marionnaud Academy. Comprehensive training and further education programs are offered to new and long-term employees as well as apprentices. This unique “in-house training” is carried out by internal as well as numerous external trainers and offers branch-specific product training, sales training and specific topic seminars. A matter close to our hearts: SOS Children's Villages Taking specific responsibility for society: Marionnaud sees this as part of his corporate social responsibility. In 2002 Marionnaud Austria launched the “Petits Marionnaud” project, in which the SOS Children's Village Hinterbrühl is supported through various activities. It is an affair of the heart for Marionnaud to accompany children in difficult life situations on their way. From the annual Christmas campaigns, two “Marionnaud Houses” were built in the SOS Children's Village in Hinterbrühl. The donations also invested in the SOS education program in order to continue to promote the well-being of children as well as their intellectual and social skills in the future. The SOS Children's Village stands for a different, better world, in which good things are created even under poor starting conditions. Marionnaud is proud to be part of this project.
