Founded, devised and operated by the young ladies Elisabeth Köhl and Vera Straschek from Graz, the two are exploring new territory in the bakery. What brought them together was their desire to interpret classic Austrian baking tradition in a modern way. The Fräuleinwunder have made and earned their name through their pop-up bakeries, wedding cakes and workshops. Fresh ingredients mixed in a creative and well-considered way. Well-known techniques that lead to delicious new results. These sweet things have their own taste and magic. It is what cannot be described. You just want to experience it over and over again. Baking is a craft, just one thing that you can eat. Maybe that's why they love it so much. They then stand in the kitchen for hours, kneading, stirring and mixing.
