Mishi Chocolate Boutique

The sweet story of "Michi Chocolate Boutique" begins in 1979. The young Michi Blog returns from an internship in Switzerland and opens a small confectionery in Tivon, the place where he was born and raised. Over the years, when quality raw materials began to arrive in the country, Michi began to produce and sell handmade pralines as well. In 2007 Mishi decides to focus on the chocolate field and turns the confectionery into a chocolate boutique. Customers, who fall in love with the small boutique and the quality chocolate, urge Michi to share his knowledge and teach them the secrets of chocolate. This is how Michi begins to deliver workshops for chocolate lovers and long and comprehensive courses. The first chocolatier course opened with great excitement when among the participants was also Dekel Bleish, Michi's son-in-law who was then a mortgage adviser at a large bank. The course excites his imagination and opens up an intriguing and creative world. Dekel retires from his job at the bank and begins working temporarily at the chocolate boutique. From that day on, a palm becomes an integral part of the chocolate soul. He soon progresses to running the business under Michi's wings and soon gets the baton from him. Michi decides to focus on training chocolatiers and continues to deliver courses and workshops at the on-site workshop center. From then until today, Dekel keeps up to date with the global innovations in the field of chocolate, to which he gives his personal interpretation, emphasizing the tradition of quality and strictness of the chocolatier, to study in Israel and abroad, to develop and develop new flavors. Confectioner The small chocolatier in Tivon was and remains one of the leaders in the country while maintaining a long-standing tradition and uncompromising quality.
