My name is Silvia Hurschler Bieri and I live with my large family in the mountains, more precisely in Engelberg. In the winter of 2006 many colorful crocheted headbands and hats were created, which were very well received and that is where the label pb-Polarbear was born. In the meantime, my range has expanded and the clientele increased. Crocheting was increasingly being replaced by sewing. The hats and headbands are now sewn in bright colors and both children and adults can enjoy great fashion accessories. Family members like my husband, sister-in-law and brother help out. Judith & Rahel are permanent employees who support me in pb manufaktur. But we stay TRUE to ourselves and produce everything in Engelberg, on the alp or in the valley, inside or outside in the sun. You have the GUARANTEE that every piece has been sewn from the heart.
