Hannes Fuchs first opened the gates of his workshop to customers in 1996. The passion for precision and the love of the bike flow through his veins for much longer. "Cycling is a very big and important part of my life," says the company founder. “I have always been fascinated by sport, exercise in nature and the opportunity to go to and beyond my own limits.” How did it all begin? Hannes Fuchs has always been a bicycle lover and athlete, but above all a tinkerer and hobbyist. He started racing at the age of 14 and later rode side by side in the peloton of international and national races with the big names in local cycling, such as Georg Totschnig, Peter Luttenberger and Harald Maier. At the Race Across America he also showed his athletic strength in extreme situations with fifth place in the team classification or the twelve-hour record on the free roller. From a young age he was fascinated by technology. Every schilling of the apprentice's compensation was invested in new parts, screwing was carried out in the parents' workshop of the tire trade and many cyclists became aware of him. “I was always asked where you can buy good bikes, and at some point I didn't want to send people away, but decided to open a shop myself.” Individual requests We are completely dedicated to sales and maintenance at Renn - and triathlon bikes prescribed, you will look in vain for standard goods with us. Because the bikes are as individual and unique as the requirements of the driver. It is our aim to put together the best possible bike for our customers. The name Rad Fuchs has always stood for technology, workmanship and support at the highest level and we are proud of that.
