Rose City Beauty was founded in 2017 in the heart of Madison, New Jersey's historic district, offering all-natural skincare, color cosmetics, men's grooming and baby products. Founder Kim Smith began her career in the beauty industry as a writer and editor at Glamour and Allure magazines. After leaving Conde Nast Publications, she worked in public relations at an agency for Kiehl's, Hard Candy and Orlane Paris. Ultimately landing in-house at Bumble and Bumble, she ran their PR world-wide for fifteen years and worked closely with renowned boutiques Fred Segal in Los Angeles, Colette in Paris, 10 Corso Como in Milan and Tokyo, Quartier 206 in Berlin and Liberty of London. More recently, she spent a year living in India (highly recommended) and enjoys raising her three excellent children, a big black lab and a very good husband.
