Salzburg Schokolade is an Austrian family business and confectionery manufacturer with a long tradition. The company headquarters and production are located in the chocolate factory in Grödig - at the gates of the Mozart city of Salzburg. Everything here revolves around chocolate and its processing. In addition to fine pralines, the product range also includes the Austrian confectionery icon Bobby-Riegel, but also wafer-thin waffle products as well as dragee specialties and much more. Under the traditional Austrian brand nordpol, semi-finished products (couvertures, fat glazes, nougat, fondant, etc.) are also produced in top quality for professionals such as bakers and confectioners.
