Samauto was born in 1984 with the need to create a strategically important reference point in the distribution of automotive batteries in Central South Italy. Since 1994 the company has also undertaken the marketing of batteries for motorcycles, and also in this sector it has achieved prestigious goals in terms of market share, both in Italy and also on the foreign market, reaching over 1,500,000 pieces sold. in 2005, to which are added over 350,000 pieces sold in the same year for the car and truck battery product. In Italy, our motorcycle product is known to the general public with the UNIBAT brand, a brand that has received great recognition since 2005, entering as the first plant on prestigious motorcycles such as: BENELLI, BETA, MOTO MORINI, HM, MALAGUTI and DUCATI. This was undoubtedly a great milestone for Unibat and the next goal that the company sets itself is to be present as the first plant with its batteries on all Italian-made motorcycles to proudly carry out a quality product. on a par with foreign-made competitors. Over the years, the company has also consolidated various commercial partnerships with important distribution companies. The need to rationalize and improve the quality of the distribution and customer assistance service has guided the choice of the new location, concentrating work management and improving the relationship between staff, from the warehouse to the offices, in a single larger center. . With our renewal effort, the relationship with customers will have an extra boost to better address the complex sector of battery distribution and logistics, both nationally and internationally. The new headquarters are spread over an area of approximately 12,500 square meters and with a warehouse of 5,000 square meters divided into CAR AND MOTORCYCLE sectors. The new computerized network manages all administrative / accounting, marketing and warehouse operations in an organic and efficient way (integrated management).
