TECNOGOMMA snc has been at your service since 1946 and was born from the long experience gained by its partners in the tire sector. Call us now! Tecnogomma was born by transforming the classic bicycle and motorcycle repair and storage workshop into a tire dealer. The business was founded in 1946 by Faraci Giuseppe, later also managed by his son Giovanni. The headquarters was born in via Trieste and remained there until the end of the sixties when it moved to via 25 aprile where, expanding, the activity of tire dealer began. Faraci Giovanni and Prandini Giorgio set up Tecnogomma on 1 June 1978. From that moment on, all the attention was turned towards the tire sector for cars and light transport, considerably increasing the warehouse in order to meet the numerous needs of customers and equipping themselves with equipment. avant-garde. In the area it is the first workshop to have the electronic system for adjusting the different angles of the car with sensors for each wheel which, via computer, allow you to adjust the wheel alignment. All this for the benefit of a more comfortable ride and regular tire wear. In addition, static and dynamic balancers are introduced and, for more complex situations, stroboscopic balancers. Towards the end of 1984, Mazzoni Gino ("Claudio" to his friends) joins the company - who has been working as an employee for some years now - and with his arrival the idea of opening a branch in Reggiolo, a town without this at the time, comes true. type of service. Also in this period the first thermal tires are offered to customers: a novelty for those years! They are white and aroused a lot of curiosity and, subsequently, a lot of approval, as they are much safer on icy roads and, for this reason, they are remarkably successful. The following year a new partner joins the group: Faraci Daniele, Giovanni's son. Fortunately, the activity in Reggiolo is also very successful, so much so that it is necessary to find a larger space to place the numerous and new equipment. The new workshop opened in via G. di Vittorio in April 1994. Unfortunately, for health reasons, Claudio left the company in 1994. Also in Fabbrico we are thinking of a more suitable space to respond more and more adequately to requests and promote new and technologically advanced services. For this purpose, in October 2003 the new headquarters were inaugurated in via Guidotti. Unfortunately, in the same period, Faraci Giovanni leaves the company for health reasons and Prandini Alessandro enters. Over the next ten years, the two Tecnogomma stores, with increasingly trained staff and modern equipment, continue to grow, becoming an important reality for the lower Reggio area. Tecnogomma has always been sensitive to local associations through sponsorships and, not to forget, the organization of the party at the end of June which involved, for some years, various musical groups and many factories in memorable moments of fun and music. In 2011 Giorgio leaves Tecnogomma Prandini leaving the "baton" to Curti Fabrizio. A few years later Faraci Daniele also retired from the company. In all this history we cannot forget 'the omnipresent' secretary Paola Gianotti. It entered in 1989 and is still present today. In all these years the passion for work, the desire to give space and opportunities to young people, the search to improve through specific updates and the purchase of technologically advanced equipment, have been the ways that have allowed us to make the most of the our work
