The Reyghere Bookstore

Bookstore De Reyghere is Flanders' oldest bookstore, founded by Mrs. Julie Laridon and her husband Edmond De Reyghere in 1888. Today the bookstore is run by her great-granddaughter Yvonne Steinberger. In 2000, the bookshop was awarded the best literary bookshop in Flanders and in 2005 it was included in the 50 most unique bookshops in the world by the International Booksellers' Union.
