Veloplus - equipment for adventure! Over 8,000 selected bicycle, bike and outdoor items. Everything has been meticulously tested by our team. Theo Weilenmann and Martin Wunderli founded Veloplus in 1987 out of the joy of cycling and the insight that only ecologically sensible vehicles like bicycles have a future. You put together the first 48-page catalog with scissors and glue stick. Veloplus quickly counted a few customers and grew continuously in the following years. After intermediate stops in a house behind the Hallenstadion and in a cellar, the company moved to Wetzikon in 1993. The success story continued at the new company location. The guiding principles were and still are an important component to this day. In addition to the company's mission statement, which has remained unchanged since it was founded in 1987, and which shows the "promotion of ecologically acceptable vehicles" as the first point, the eco model was added in 1991. It obliges Veloplus to take ecological needs into account when achieving its corporate goals. Today, in addition to mail order and online trading, Veloplus operates stores in Basel, Bern, Biel / Bienne, Emmenbrücke, Ostermundigen, St. Gallen, Wetzikon, Winterthur, Zurich HB and Zurich Oerlikon
