In order to continue to meet the quality requirements, continuous investments were made in technology from 2005 with the construction of a brewhouse, fermentation and storage cellar (2005), a fully automated filtration system (2010) and completed in 2016 with the completion of one of the most modern barrel and bottle filling systems.
