About Walter Borg Walter Borg AB Hunting and Leisure was started by the Borg family in 1924 and is now run by the third generation. Walter Borg was born in Stockholm in 1888. After studying commerce, he started in 1905 in the sports and weapons industry. The young Walter's hunting and fishing interest was very strong and this led to his own business in the historic Klarakvarteren in 1924. Our current address is located just a block away from the original and the central location is something we will always take care of to facilitate our customers, not least those who visit us from other parts of the country. We are a 10-minute walk from Stockholm Central, and a larger car park is only a few blocks away. See map here> In 1946, his son Bengt joined the company and took over the operation at Walter Borg's death, 1965. In 1972, Christer Borg began his active career and it is Christer who has been running the company for 10 years, at the same time as the next generation has already begun to feel for it. Walter Borg AB has always strived to market high quality goods at an affordable price and at the same time provide qualified service and solid knowledge.
