Wieser Café & Shop Bad Reichenhall

WIESER WACHAU is a family business that I created with my wife Johanna. Our main goal is to offer only what we produce ourselves or what is made for us from our main products. I myself have been working in a schnapps factory since 1986, and since 1995 my wife has been making jams, chutneys and the like. We see ourselves as a "manufacturer" in the truest sense of the word. Both of our families have lived for generations in a unique cultural landscape and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the WACHAU wine and fruit growing area. People in wine regions usually know how to live well, and this probably gave rise to the culinary traditions that our valley is well known for.
