It all started in a small shop in Jaffa, the first liquor store of the Hinavi family. Established by Krim Hinavi, in one of the ancient stone buildings of Jaffa in the late 1940s, in the days before the establishment of the state, the small store of the Hinavi family already excelled in a wide variety of high quality wines and spirits From around the world, the rumor about the small, high-quality store in Jaffa spread by word of mouth and not long after, became a household name in the beverage world and began to be a hotspot of customers from all over the country who shared a love of fine wine and uncompromising quality drinks. In 1975, the store was transferred to the management of Crimea's younger brother, George Hinawi, who developed and deepened trade ties with other wineries and beverage manufacturers in Israel and around the world, thus enriching the variety of beverages offered in the store and personal treatment of his customers. Ancient wines that have been preserved for centuries in the cellars of the highest quality wineries in the world. During George's reign, he was assisted by Rosette's wife, Elias and Wadia Abu Mana, and when he died in 1986, he left to his wife Rosette (now the owner of the famous Old Jaffa cafe) and her brother who already knew the work from the period They worked with him, to run the successful store, and in 1997 the second Hinavi branch was opened in Herzliya and, like its predecessor, was a great success in the new generation area - in 2004 when they graduated abroad, the three sons of Rosette and George returned to Israel: Andrei, Tawfiq Wasim Hinawi, and soon stepped into their father's shoes and together with the older generation, continued the tradition and began to work hard to increase the chain and already in that year opened the third branch in Hod Hasharon.
