Welcome to Wood N' Fire, the Art bakery of the neighborhood. We offer you a unique selection of wholesome sourdough breads and Artisanal pastries, pies and cakes. Our vision by incorporating the “Wood N’ Fire Art Bakery” is to offer high quality products, which emphasize taste, texture and seasonality, and of course a more healthy option compared to industrially baked products. Everything we bake is made daily with fresh, natural ingredients of premium quality, and contain no additives or preservatives. All our bread is made with traditional methods allowing sufficient time to get a full, complex flavor, beautiful and bold crust, a range of textures and a naturally longer shelf life. Because when it comes to bread, we do not believe in shortcuts and time saving. We believe that the best baked goods are made using labor intensive processes, which include long dough fermentation times, hand-shaping and baking either on a hearth stone oven or in a wood-fired German oven.
