Screws, screw accessories, dowels, chemical-technical products, furniture and building fittings, tools, storage and removal systems as well as occupational safety are valued by professional users. Our goal is very simple: to make our customers' work easier through individual services, practical system solutions and a wide range of products. We support over 540,000 customers from trade, construction and industry. A huge number, but we can only live up to our motto if every single customer is the focus: Every customer their own Würth. With specially tailored solutions and offers, the one-man craft business can concentrate on its actual work just as much as the global industrial company. Innovative solutions are created in direct interaction with our customers. We rely on a mix of direct sales, stationary trade and e-business. Around 3,200 permanent sales representatives look after our customers personally on site. Over 430 sales branches supply customers all over Germany with immediate needs. E-business is becoming more and more important to us, but it also means more than just offering an e-shop, it also means e-procurement or apps such as Click & Collect. Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG is the market leader in Germany and employs around 6,500 people across Germany and generated sales of 845 million euros in the first half of the 2016 financial year. Around 13 percent of this is achieved through e-business. Norbert Heckmann, spokesman for the management, formulates his idea to make customers successful: “We network sales channels.
